Services

RLSB has various community based services that are designed to support blind young people live life without limits. We have several social and peer groups which give blind young people the chance to make new friends and participate in numerous leisure activities.

Our sports programme Sports without Limits organises regular sports activities such as tennis and cricket so that blind young people can have the opportunity to do sports that they may be unable to access in their local area.

We also have programmes that give blind young people guidance on finding employment and help them develop their skills in literacy, numeracy and ICT.

"The support of the RLSB has been of great benefit to me. It's great to know that you're not alone. Now I feel confident in myself and have an active social life!"
Joanne Wacha, a peer group member
