Sport Without Limits
Fancy being part of a team and enjoying the buzz of match victory? Want to get out and get fit while meeting new people? Football, cricket, goal ball, judo or tennis your thing?
Then try out RLSB’s sports programme for vision impaired young people aged 11-25!
We offer lots of opportunities for young people who go to mainstream schools to get into sports, with sessions taking place in London, Kent and Sussex.
Check out our events schedule to find out where our sports sessions are taking place and how you can take part.
Our sports activities fall into four groups:
Sport for Choice
Never tried a sport before? This is your chance to do so, in a fun and safe environment with our specialist teams. Come along to our Sport for Choice days, which will give you the chance try out three different sports activities and equip you with brand new sporting skills!
Cricket 4 Change
Learn the difference between a googly and a grubber, a hoik and a hook. Hone your skills as a batter, a bowler and a fielder. Sign up to our dedicated cricket programme, which offers training days and matches run by friendly coaches, many of whom have played for the England Blind Cricket team.
Saturday Sports Club
Join us every month on a Saturday to try out different activities including football, tennis and judo. Our Saturday Clubs take place in London and Eastbourne throughout the year!
Sport without Limits
Get into sports on a regular basis through a local club or the gym, with the help of our Sport without Limits programme. Watch this space for more information about exciting Sport without Limits events later this year!
