Employers - how you can help us
There are a number of ways in which you may be able to help:
- Informing the RLSB of any existing vacancies you may have
- Signing up to a guaranteed interview scheme
- Providing temporary job placements (full or part time) for RLSB clients to gain work experience
- Providing mock interview practice and feedback for RLSB clients
The RLSB are able to support employers and potential employees in accessing a number of government initiatives which can provide grants towards salary costs, travel expenses to help overcome any mobility issues, in-work support and the provision of access technology.
