RLSB works with employers to provide support to visually impaired people in employment so as to help them successfully overcome the difficulties they may be facing.
Employment projections are pointing towards an aging workforce. Looking into the future employers will need to increasingly take into accounts the different needs of all their employees.
Minor adaptations to the way your employees work, the environment they work in or the support you give them can very often make a difference.
