Speech and Language Threapist

£15,519 per annum, 21 hours per week, 41 weeks per year, Seal, Kent.

You will be required to provide a highly specialist Speech and Language Therapy provision within our educational establishment for clients/learners with Visual Impairment and additional complex special needs. You will be a source of clincal expertise and advice on Speech and Language Therapy and work collaboratively with therapists and other colleagues, learners, their families, carers and community teams to ensure effective interventions and outcomes. Working at all times to Health Professionals Council guidelines and The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists standards.

You will independently plan, manage and prioritise a caseload of complex and highly complex cases to meet the individual and service requirements, being professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of own work and without direct supervision.

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Speech and Language Therapy, who have membership of Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and are registered with Health Professions Council.

Clinical experience of clients with complex special needs and wide knowledge of varying disabilities are essential. As well as experience of working with and managing clients with challenging behaviour across a wide range of clients from Nursery age to Young Adults.

Occupational Therapist (Band 7)

£11,085-£12,044 per annum, 15 hours per week, 41 weeks per year, Seal, Kent.

We require a creative, committed and innovative individual, to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team who work across campus with clients who have a visual impairment and a range of additional needs, in a 24 hour curriculum which is designed to enable them to achieve their full potential. You will have the opportunity to work with children and young people from age 3 to 20 years.

The postholder will have BAOT State Registered status will be able to independently, plan, manage and prioritise a caseload of complex and highly complex cases to meet the individual and service requirements. Ideally paediatric and/or neurological experience would be helpful. Experience of visual impairment is not essential as training is provided. Essential qualities would include being a natural team member with good communication skills and a flexible working style.

ICT Project Manager

£27,806-£29,919 per annum, 37 hours per week, 6 month fixed contract, Seal, Kent.

Your primary purpose will be to scope, plan and deliver a society-wide CRM system on time, on budget and to a specification as determined by the Project Board, using Prince2 methodology.

You will need good experience and a proven track record of managing and delivering medium-to-large scale ICT systems projects on time and within budget-constrained environments, and significant experience of rolling our multi-functional database or CRM systems. A solution orientated approach is essential in this role.
